1. 適用範圍
本政策適用於 AI記帳／PartyStoreHK WhatsApp 整合服務，包括透過 WhatsApp Business Platform、Cloud API、Webhook 及相關管理控制台處理的資料。
2. 我們處理的資料
- WhatsApp 電話號碼及系統產生的帳戶、訊息和對話識別碼；
- 你主動傳送的文字、圖片、文件、語音及其他訊息內容；
- 訊息時間、傳送狀態、Webhook 事件及必要的技術記錄；
- 如你在連接時同意分享，WhatsApp Business App 中的聯絡人及最多最近六個月的一對一對話記錄。
3. 使用目的
資料只會用於提供客戶服務、保存對話脈絡、將訊息送達獲授權的工作流程、保障系統安全、排查故障，以及履行合理的業務和法律責任。我們不會出售個人資料。
4. 自動化和人工處理
系統可協助整理或草擬回覆，但涉及付款、退款、折扣、投訴或其他重要決定時，可交由獲授權人員處理。現時的 WhatsApp gateway 預設不會自動向客戶回覆。
5. 分享及服務供應商
為提供服務，資料可能由 Meta／WhatsApp、託管及基礎設施供應商，以及我們獲授權的技術系統處理。各供應商只應在提供服務及保障系統所需範圍內處理資料。
6. 保安及保存
我們採用存取控制、傳輸加密、Webhook 簽名驗證、靜態加密及操作記錄等措施。資料只會保存至業務、保安、爭議處理或法律需要結束為止，之後會刪除或去識別化。
7. 你的選擇及權利
你可以要求查閱、更正或刪除與你相關的資料，亦可以停止使用本服務。請按資料刪除說明提出要求。我們可能需要核實你對相關 WhatsApp 帳戶或資料的控制權。
8. 聯絡方法
你可以直接透過與我們建立對話的同一個 WhatsApp Business 帳戶提出私隱或資料要求，並註明「私隱查詢」。
English summary
We process WhatsApp identifiers, messages, delivery events, technical logs and, only with permission during onboarding, eligible contacts and recent one-to-one chat history. We use this information to provide customer support, preserve context, route authorised workflows, secure the service and meet legitimate operational or legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be made through the same WhatsApp Business account used to contact us.
